We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the delivery date. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received. Merchandise must not be used, altered, dyed or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. For international returns, customers must pay the return shipping cost up front.

For refunds, we will credit you the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping. Please bear in mind that it usually takes about 10 working days from the time we receive the goods for the funds to process.

- Sizes– If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and dress so we can suggest the best size for you! Our size chart ranges from S – 4XL (8- 22). Do you offer customization and/or bulk orders?
Yes! We are happy to chat about custom embroidery or screen printing bulk orders on a case by case basis. Discounts will be determined based on size of order, and complexity of customization request (if any).

Will I have to pay for international shipping?
Yes please. There are standard rates for international shipments. We work alongside a reliable logistics service provider (Deutsche Post DHL Group) to ensure your items get to your doorstep safe in time.
How does your referral program work?

Of course you can. You will split your purchase into 3 payments using cash, bank transfer and mobile money. There is no interest and no hidden fees. It’s that easy. The option will be presented at checkout, and there’s no need to enter extra information. Simply choose 3 interest-free installments as your payment method at checkout. A receipt will be generated for you and your next scheduled date of payment will be suggested. We currently accept all major payment options; cash, debit and credit cards and mobile money.
